Transnational meetings

The ENLACED project includes 4 transnational partner meetings designed to ensure effective coordination and collaborative development of project outputs. These include a kick-off meeting in Romania, a coordination meeting in Bulgaria, a coordination meeting in Cyprus and a final TPM in Romania.

First Transnational Project Meeting in Romania

The ENLACED project kick-off meeting was held at the UMFST "G.E. Palade" of Târgu Mureș, Romania, on January 20, 2025. The event took place at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, bringing together 15 project members. Led by the ENLACED Project Coordinator, Dana Rus, the meeting focused on aligning project management processes, work packages, and implementation strategies. The session opened with a welcome address from Prof. habil. Liviu Moldovan, Dean of the Faculty, followed by short presentations introducing the participating organisations and project teams.

The specific work package objectives were reviewed, alongside discussions on upcoming activities and the division of work required for developing the project's digital Learning Resources and Web App. Key sessions were also dedicated to project dissemination, exploitation, and sustainability, focusing on strategic planning for spreading project awareness and ensuring long-term impact. During these sessions, extensive discussions took place regarding the development of a conceptual framework and the implementation of challenge-based learning methodologies within the project. Particular attention was paid to clarifying partner responsibilities and roles to ensure effective cooperation throughout the implementation process.

At the close of the meeting, partners agreed on the next project activities, including the detailed action plan and the framework for measuring project results through specific quantitative and qualitative indicators. Furthermore, a consensus was achieved regarding the schedule for the next project meeting, which is set to take place in June 2025 in Bulgaria.

Second Transnational Meeting in Bulgaria

On June 25-26, 2025, Sofia - the beautiful capital city of Bulgaria, hosted the ENLACED partners. The meeting provided an update on the progress of the project, moving into its next phase, combining the opportunity to experience the city with productive discussions on key topics for the upcoming development stages.

The partners held a series of technical sessions, beginning with a presentation and discussion on the final output of the project's Conceptual Framework. Collaborative work was dedicated to shaping the syllabus of the ENLACED programme, alongside developing structural frameworks and ideas for the Digital Breakout Challenges. Technical discussions also covered the specific functionalities of the ENLACED Web App, moderated by the Tetra team, as well as the structure of the Teacher’s Handbook, which was facilitated by the UNWE team.

Concluding the meeting, the focus shifted to the next practical steps by planning the implementation of the Teacher Training Workshops and the Pilot Implementation of the ENLACED modules with students. Alongside these upcoming activities, the partner session included a detailed overview of project management and reporting issues. Finally, a review of the project dissemination progress report was conducted to align upcoming dissemination activities according to the Plan, followed by an overview of the quality evaluation results.
