Intra-Institutional Teachers Workshops
The ENLACED project has successfully completed a series of intra-institutional teacher training workshops across its partner organizations. This professional development programme aimed to enhance foreign language teaching through innovative, digitally supported approaches, combining challenge-based learning, contemporary EFL methodologies, and Intercultural Citizenship Education to foster both linguistic and democratic competences.
The workshops introduced the ENLACED pedagogical framework through presentations, practical demonstrations, and guided exploration of the project's syllabus, Teacher's Handbook, and digital Web App. Sessions emphasized co-creation, the exchange of best practices, and strategies for adapting learning materials to specific institutional contexts. Following the training, participants completed evaluation forms, providing highly positive feedback regarding the digital platform, the core objectives of the project, and the overall course content.
Teacher Training Workshop by University of Nicosia (UNIC)
The University of Nicosia utilized the Microsoft Teams platform to deliver its teacher training sessions on March 28th and April 18th, with 7 participants attending the workshops. Practical co-creation activities allowed the educators to immediately evaluate the applicability of the ENLACED methodology, with final evaluations indicating strong satisfaction with the overall online workshop experience.
Teacher Training Workshop by UMFST "G.E. Palade"
The training workshop organised by UMFST "G.E. Palade" in Târgu Mureș, Romania, was conducted from April 1st to 3rd, 2026, via the Microsoft Teams platform, with 11 participants attending the sessions. Feedback from the attendees highlighted the high relevance of the ENLACED methodology for contemporary foreign language education, particularly appreciating the integration of challenge-based learning and democratic competences into language teaching.
Teacher Training Workshop by University of National and World Economy (UNWE)
Organized through the Microsoft Teams platform, the training workshop by the University of National and World Economy, took place between April 1st and 3rd, 2026. The 7 participating educators explored the materials in depth, concluding in their final evaluation that the ENLACED resources are exceptionally well-organized and easy to follow.
